    Katinka combines creativity in visioning and resourcefulness in execution in a way that makes a complicated process smooth and easy. Before making the transition into real estate transformation, she was a Leadership Consultant working globally out of New York and London. Katinka has a deep curiosity for people and places, and a natural ability to understand others and helping them articulate and achieve their dreams. After having completed a series of real estate investments, a longed-for son was born, and the passion for helping people create their personal space took center career stage. And as stars align, so did her team of exceptional people who can bring almost any dream of a dwelling to fruition.

    Draw a profile on a piece of paper, and before lunchtime Taras will have made you a 3D sample. Working effortlessly in wood, cast or concrete, Taras can take your imagined designs and make them real.
